Browsing data

We collect technical data (IP address, requested URIs, time, request method, file size, status code, OS and browser info). They are used for anonymous statistics and to monitor proper Site operation, then erased after processing. They may be used to ascertain liability in case of cybercrimes and otherwise are retained no longer than 7 days.

Legal basis: purposes a), b), c) rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures); purpose d) on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation); purpose e) on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller); purpose f) is lawful under Art. 130 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, with the option to opt-out at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in each email.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?

Purposes 3.a, 3.b, 3.c: processed for the period allowed under Italian law to protect the Controller’s interests against possible claims, subject to legal obligations.
Purpose 3.d: for the time strictly necessary to fulfill legal obligations.
Purpose 3.e: for the time strictly necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court or before authorities.
Purpose 3.f: until you object using the “Unsubscribe” link in each email.
